Frank Fraser began his career in automotive marketing, spending 17 years at Chrysler Corporation. He then spent 26 years with the Campbell-Ewald advertising agency, where he was Senior Vice President. Frank has also been a trade publication editor and has written extensively about changes in retailing. He believes marketers should listen for the often unspoken words of their prospective customers.
